Pension Updates

The Board of Trustees of the Iron Workers of Western Pennsylvania has now voted to lower the unreduced early retirement pension age to age 60.

The penalty for reduced early pension has now been lowered to 1% per year for members who choose to retire between the ages of 55 and 60.

You must contact the Plan Office for specific rules concerning this benefit, because it may not apply to you if you have a 1 year or more break in service.
