Retroactive To 1/1/97
Nineteen
cents was added to the
Pension Plan to adjust
the Unreduced
Early Retirement Pension
Benefit.
Local
#3 members are eligible
to retire on a Unreduced
Early Retirement Pension
if they are at least age
60, have earned 30 pension
credits and have earned
1 Pension Credit between
ages 53 and 60.
If
Local #3 members do not
meet both the age and
service requirement (60
with 30 years of service),
they will have to apply
for the Reduced
Early Retirement Pension
Benefit, if they are at
least age 55 with at least
15 years of service.
